A slow shutter at Pangong Tso

This is an image of waves licking the rocks at the edge of the Pangong Tso. The first time I have seen a lake as big as this ~ it is nearly 700 sq km and the part in India is about 55-60 km long. The blues that we could see in the lake probably covered the entire spectrum of blue that one would have come across. And alongwith the blues of the early morning sky, made for a very nice sight.

The wind was blowing at a nice clip and that was making some nice waves in the water. I managed to find a rock to perch my camera and tried a few slow-shutter shots to try and capture the motion of the waves. You can also see a couple of water drops on the lens where the spray from the waves had been blown by the gusting wind.
